Our Story

A Passion for
Perfection

Founded in 2009 by Chef Julien Mercier, Maison Noir was born from a dream to bring the soul of Parisian bistro culture to modern fine dining — without sacrificing warmth or creativity.

Every dish is a conversation between French technique and locally-sourced ingredients, crafted to surprise and delight. Our kitchen operates as a family, and that spirit flows into every plate.

— Chef Julien Mercier
