Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using AlwaysGreen Proxy ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://alwaysgreendev.com/proxy. By registering an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at supports@alwaysgreendev.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

All prices are displayed and charged in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Subscriptions are for a fixed duration (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) as stated at the time of purchase. They do not auto-renew.
Payment is processed securely via Paystack. We do not store your card details.
A subscription becomes active immediately upon confirmed payment.
Top-up packs grant additional proxy views. Unused top-up views carry over and do not expire until fully used or your account is terminated.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable once a subscription or top-up pack has been activated and proxy views have been consumed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the sole discretion to issue credits or extensions at our judgment.

5. Fair & Acceptable Use

The Service is provided for lawful personal and commercial use only. You agree not to use the Service to:

Engage in illegal activities, including fraud, identity theft, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Conduct large-scale automated scraping that disrupts or degrades third-party services.
Transmit malware, spam, or any malicious code.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute proxy credentials obtained through the Service to third parties without prior written consent.
Circumvent access controls, security measures, or rate limits on any platform.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Daily Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes a daily proxy view limit that resets at midnight GMT+7. Unused daily views do not carry over to the next day — only purchased top-up views carry over. The daily limit is clearly stated on your plan before purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party provider issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

8. Third-Party Proxy Provider

Proxy IP addresses are sourced from a third-party provider (DichvuSocks). We do not own or control the underlying proxy infrastructure. Proxy quality, speed, and availability are subject to the third-party provider's uptime. We are not responsible for any loss arising from third-party provider outages or IP blacklisting.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design elements on the Service are owned by AlwaysGreen Proxy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

10. Privacy

We collect and process personal data (name, email address, IP address, usage logs) solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment data is handled entirely by Paystack and is not stored on our servers. By using the Service you consent to this data handling.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlwaysGreen Proxy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current active subscription.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlwaysGreen Proxy, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
